Founder Slavik's journey began with a rod and reel beside his grandfather, fly-fishing for rainbow trout near his childhood mountain home. Those early mornings instilled the values that define us today: patience, precision, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
After decades in the seafood industry, Slavik built a business rooted in the same principles — sourcing the finest wild-caught fish from trusted waters around the globe, and delivering it with the care it deserves. Today, our three retail locations and large-scale wholesale operation give us rare, hands-on control of the entire supply chain.
